Course Description

Over the course of the week, you will learn a variety of cooking and baking techniques from our expert team, with all classes taking place in state-of-the-art Rational Centre of Excellence for £200.

Valuable learning within these masterclasses will include:

-Essential Skills & Practices: Learn about valuable food hygiene practices for a safe and clean kitchen and practice your knife skills under the guidance of our professional expert team. 

-Delicious Creations: Master the art of crafting a hearty Minestrone Soup, perfecting Pizza Dough and creating homemade Chicken Goujons, paired with chunky chips and a zesty Lemon Mayo dip.

-Sweet Treats: Create a lovely Fresh Fruit Salad and Shortbread Raspberry Towers that showcase your newfound baking expertise.

-Grand Finale: Finish the week by preparing a special meal for two guests of your choice, demonstrating what you’ve learnt over the course and receive a certification upon completion.
