Over the 5-week course, our chefs will demonstrate how to produce a range of baked goods and classic desserts and work with you in our professional standard bakery and pastry kitchen.

Over the 5 session course our chef will teach students how to prepare a range of nutritious, affordable, and most importantly delicious meals.

Over the course of the 5 sessions, you will produce a range of savoury and sweet dishes to allow you to create and serve a dinner party to be proud of.
