Temporary Wristband Charge

If you were issued temporary paper wristbands this month, please enter the quantity shown on your invoice and complete payment here.

  • Price: £1.00 per wristband
  • Quantity: Enter how many wristbands you received.
  • Go to Checkout
  • Invoice Number: Enter the invoice number from your email or printed invoice in the relevant box on the Questionnaire (this ensures we can match your payment correctly).

Example:
If your invoice shows 3 wristbands and invoice number WB-2025-09-004, enter quantity 3 and invoice number WB-2025-09-004 in the Questionnaire.
