Detailed Description
Tickets for FD Animal Management Students:
Trip to run in April (during Easter hols) stay over one night (date tbc)
Itinerary travel up;
- Introduction lecture from the badger group
- Excursion around badger habitat looking at signs and evidence of badger activity.
- Badger watching from a wildlife hide
- Return to the hostel for the night; opportunity for takeaway
- Return in the morning for a session on badger trapping and vaccinating
- Posible additional opportunity activities tree planting/beaver visit before the drive back
